  1. Order Purchase; Pricing

Thank you for visiting the Bagamoo website; If you have made a purchase for a merchandise, Bagamoo will endeavor to process, package and ship your order after confirming your purchase within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday or 7-10 days (due to the impact of COVID-19 which will affect our shipping operations, order processing and shipping time may be delayed, this reason we pegged the order handling and fulfillment to 15 days). 

You are responsible for reading the full Product listing of the the products before placing your order. By confirming your purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and other amounts associated with the purchase of the product. Furthermore, you acknowledge your responsibility for VAT and shipping charges. 

You agree that, VAT, shipping fees, and similar charges collected at the time of purchase are estimated values and may be subject to change depending on local laws. If additional amounts are assessed, you are responsible for them.

  1. Shipping your Orders to you

All our orders are shipped via Fedex Logistics; we will send you a notification email when your order is processed for fulfillment. If 24 or 48 hours has passed and you don’t receive a notification email from our Customer Service team (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekend).

Please check your email’s Spam folder, Or send us a message at [email protected] we will respond to you and update you on the status of your order.

Please ensure all your delivery information, such as delivery address, and phone number is correct. If you provided incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update your delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of Covid-19 clearance. 

If you are not at the delivery address when the delivery is made, our logistic agent will deliver a notice card at your door-step to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. If 3 days has passed after we try to deliver your merchandize and you are yet to pick-up the product at the address indicated in the notice card, we reserve the right to cancel your order without no refund consideration and return the product back to our warehouse to save everyone the trouble.

  1. Return & Refunds of Defective products (if applicable)

Please contact us at [email protected] and provide photos/videos showing the defective merchandize for the return of faulty products.  Please Make Sure You Ship The Product To Us 30 Days After Delivery for inspection.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
